Rental space is available in our 1,254 sqft., Vancouver Island Health Authority (VIHA) permitted commercial kitchen. Membership can be purchased allowing tenants key card access, training opportunities, and access to professional equipment as needed.

Membership Fees:

  • $100/yr First Year

  • $80/yr Renewal

Hourly fees start at:

  • $15.50/hr

Required documents for startup:

  • Kitchen member agreement

  • Food safe

  • Liability insurance

  • Island Health approved sanitation plan

  • Business license

  • Dishwasher Scale Vacuum packer
  • Mixer Dough proofer
  • Dough sheeter
  • Blender

  • Meat band saw

  • Autoclave (Retort)
  • Tilting kettle
  • Bottle labeller
  • Bottle/Jar vacuum capper
